What do I do if I want to keep my current subscription?

Easy, nothing. You will continue to receive your current planner (the original) at your current renewal price.

When will these new planners ship?

They will begin shipping within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Once it ships, you’ll be given a tracking number for your order.

What is remaining the same with the Full Focus Pocket?

The Full Focus Pocket is based on the same goal-achievement and productivity system you know and depend on. The framework still includes the Annual Goals, Goal Details, Monthly Calendars, Ideal Week, Rituals, Weekly Previews, Daily Pages, and Quarterly Previews.

What’s different about the Full Focus Pocket?

Great question! Please click here to explore the differences for yourself. There are slight changes like a separate StreakTracker, a Weekly Big 3 at the beginning, and modified Daily Pages. But the framework remains the same. Explore the differences for yourself here.

How much smaller is the Pocket than the Classic, Bold, and Executive planner?

While the Classic, Bold, and Executive measures at 6 ¼” x 9 ¼” dimensions, the Pocket is 4.5” x 7”. In addition, while the full-size planner is 302 pages, the Pocket is only 192 pages. We have changed the design a bit inside the planner so there’s still plenty of room to write. You can view all the differences here.

How much is shipping?

Single planner: Domestic shipping (within the 48 contiguous United States) is a flat rate of $6.99. *Please note: Due to Covid-19, if you select the Flat-Rate Shipping option, you may experience delays in your shipping beyond our standard 4-8 business day window. If you’re in a rush to receive your planner, please select the FedEx Home Delivery option for your shipping method.

Annual Subscription: Domestic shipping (within the 48 contiguous United States) is a fee of $5.49 per shipping. This shipping charge will happen automatically each time your new planner ships each quarter.

If you select an Annual Subscription but also add other products to your cart, then you will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99 in addition to the quarterly $5.49 shipping rate for your Annual Subscription. You will only be charged the flat rate for the other products once.

What if I’m an international subscriber, but would like to switch to the Full Focus Pocket?

International subscribers have the option of switching to the Full Focus Pocket, or any new line, at the time of their subscription renewal. Since all four planners are shipped together, we are not able to accommodate changes mid-subscription. 

Prior to your renewal, please visit fullfocus.co/support and click on Change Planner Lines on the main menu. We will be happy to cancel your current subscription and create your new subscription for you.

What if I’m a current annual subscriber, but want to switch to the Full Focus Pocket?

Please visit fullfocus.co/support and click on Change Planner Lines on the main menu. We will be happy to issue a refund for any remaining shipments in your current subscription and create your new subscription for you.

What is your refund policy for single planners?

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, please go to fullfocusstore.com/a/returns.

The refund for returns will be for the value of the returned items, less the cost of your return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.

What is your refund policy for annual subscribers?

New domestic subscribers: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your first shipment to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, please contact us at fullfocus.co/support and our team will be glad to help.  

Any approved refund will be for the value of the returned item(s), less the cost of your return shipping label. 

Current subscribers: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us that they wish to cancel their subscription prior to their auto-renewal date.
