Megan Hyatt Miller
President and Chief Executive Officer
Megan Hyatt Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Full Focus and the co-host of the popular business podcast, Lead to Win. She is also Michael’s oldest daughter. As the architect of Full Focus’s standout culture, she is committed to helping her team win at work and succeed at life, while also delivering phenomenal results to their customers. Under her leadership, Full Focus was named as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020, which ranks the top companies in America for their employee engagement. When she’s not taking the company to new heights, she’s fully present at home with her husband Joel and five kids in Franklin, Tennessee.

Michael Hyatt
Founder and Chairman
Michael Hyatt is the founder and chairman of Full Focus. He has scaled multiple companies over the years, including a $250M publishing company with 700+ employees and his own goal-achievement company that has grown over 60% year over year for the past 4 years. Under his leadership, Full Focus has been featured in the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in America for three years in a row and in 2020 the company was named to Inc.’s Best Work Places list. He is also the author of several New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling books, including Platform, Living Forward, Your Best Year Ever, Free to Focus, The Vision Driven Leader, and his newest book (with Megan) Win at Work & Succeed at Life. He enjoys The Double Win with his wife of 40+ years, five daughters, and nine grandchildren.

Chief Revenue Officer
A Nashville native, Courtney is the Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Full Focus, Courtney spent over 10 years in non-profit communications, most recently at Show Hope as the Director of Communications. Her hobbies include interior design, reading, traveling with her husband Chase, and doing just about anything with her two daughters.

Marissa Hyatt
Director of Marketing
Born and raised south of Nashville, Marissa is our Director of Marketing. She’s responsible for pushing products and services forward through developing and implementing marketing strategies for promotions and ongoing optimizations. Prior to joining our company, she owned her own business, built websites, and even worked in restaurant management. She is also Michael’s youngest daughter, which gives her a unique perspective and sense of ownership over her work. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends, baking sourdough bread, geeking out about natural wellness and personal growth, gardening, and traveling.

Technology Director
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dave is our Technology Director. He primarily focuses on the development and performance of our many websites and workflows. Prior to joining the team, Dave ran his own development company for over nine years. His interests include the outdoors, guitars, books, vinyl records, dates with his lovely wife Sarah, and making their three daughters laugh. He has his B.A. from Bethel University.

Brian Stachurski
Marketing Copywriter
Brian is from the West Coast by way of Portlandia, San Francisco, and Seattle (in reverse order), and is the Marketing Copywriter. Prior to joining the team, Brian helped authors, B2B, and direct-to-consumer companies sell their products online. Brian has a B.A. from Seattle University and currently lives in the Nashville area with his wife Juliana and kids. When not writing, Brian enjoys wine, barbecue, coffee, opera, and weightlifting—just not all at once.

Senior Business Consultant
A lifelong Nashvillian, Brent High is a Senior Business Consultant. Focused on a personal mission to help make an eternal difference, Brent has generated tens of millions of dollars over his 25-year career for Major League Baseball teams, financial guru Dave Ramsey, college athletic programs, and a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations. A country boy at heart, Brent spends as much time as possible riding his tractor on his farm in Hickman County, Tennessee. Brent claims he is the fourth best athlete in his family and can usually be found at a gym cheering on his wife, Emily’s, basketball teams, or at a field serving as the no. 1 fan for his two boys, Houston and Hunter.

Joel oversees our content team, which produces blog posts, podcasts, courses, and books. He is a writer and editor with more than fifteen years of experience in the publishing industry, including as a vice president and publisher for Thomas Nelson, an imprint of HarperCollins. He has worked with several New York Times bestselling authors and has authored four books of his own, including a biography of American revolutionary hero Paul Revere. Originally from California, he and his wife Megan now live in Franklin, Tennessee, with their five children. Joel enjoys spending time outdoors with Megan and his kids, reading history and theology, and blogging about where faith fits in the world today.

Katherine is our Director of Content, leading our team of content creators. She manages the team's projects from ideation to final delivery, keeping everything on schedule and top quality. Katherine has more than 15 years of experience in project management, as well as a background in leadership, editing, design, content creation, and product development. Over the course of her career, she has worked as an editor with several New York Times bestselling authors and managed projects that have generated millions of dollars in revenue. Katherine currently lives in Nashville, where she enjoys spoiling her nieces and nephew, spending time with family and friends, creating art, reading mystery novels, and being outside whenever possible.

Prior to joining Full Focus, Darilynn spent time as a high school English teacher and, most recently, serving in full-time ministry as a Director of Education and Development. She has also previously worked with Teach for America to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion training for new teachers. Darilynn holds a masters degree in Learning Design and Technology. She is passionate about adult learning and motivation, social justice, and great food. In her free time, she is often cooking, spending time with family and friends, and listening to great music.

Physical Product Design & Development Director
Adam Hill is our Physical Product Design & Development Director. He brings with him a wealth of experience on product development, having spent 13 years as a Product Developer for Harper Collins Christian Publishers. Adam has also been the front man for a rock & roll band, a dishwasher, a deli clerk, a furniture deliverer, and has written a novel. He currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and two kids. In his free time, Adam eats tacos and reads history and mystery books.

Andrew’s career experience has spanned multiple industries including healthcare, construction, entertainment and manufacturing. Andrew graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree and now lives in Columbia, TN with his wife Natalie and son Hunter. He loves fire pits, reading, playing the drums and watching Green Bay Packers football.

Performance Coach
A native of Atlanta, GA, and one of six brothers, Dustin is a Performance Coach with our team. After owning and operating a business in the trade industry for over 12 years, he began working with a non-profit whose focus is to spread the art form of Barbershop Harmony throughout the world. Through that experience, he developed a passion for building bridges between multiple organizations utilizing structured business planning. When he's not trying to make those around him laugh, he can be found spending time with his family of six or destroying his closest friends’ hopes and dreams on a golf course. Oh… and he loves to compete. His goal in life is to use the gifts and talents he has been blessed with to create a legacy his family can be proud of.

Before joining Full Focus he held HR positions with Insurance and Staffing organizations and also worked for Young Life here in Franklin. Luke graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business and finds himself back in Oxford for a long weekend every year. He loves running alongside his wife Emily, painfully cheering on Vanderbilt and hacking his way around a golf course.

A Nashville native, Erin Perry joins Full Focus as the Chief Experience Officer. Prior to her current role, Erin held leadership roles in communications / marketing and non-profit organizations. Most recently, she worked in the private healthcare sector, as the Director of Operations for Project Play Therapy. She has a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and specializes in organizational behavior. In her free time, Erin cherishes time with her incredible husband and two children, loves music, art, and all things Disney.

As our Director of Employee Experience, Hannah balances the opportunity to lead and be led with he empathetic heart for humans and a relentless pursuit of learning. With over 15 years of HR experience, Hannah holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a magnetic engager of people and a change agent that brings order to chaos through organized and detailed processes.
Hannah is active in civics and has served on several boards. She is married with 3 children and enjoys playing a game of golf that leaves much to be desired, catching live music, and riding her motorcycle.

Brian Shun
Director of Operations
A perpetually curious soul, Brian loves dropping pebbles of questions into the still places of people’s thinking. He serves as the company’s Director of Operations and delights in distilling disparate creative and analytical information to arrive at a practical solution. Over his career, Brian has helped companies innovate and launch new initiatives, boost profit, and increase productivity. He is consistently the X factor in successfully prototyping new ideas and products while building the team to support the venture. Brian is also an accomplished bassist, having performed for hundreds of thousands of people across the globe, laying musical foundations for world-class songwriters and musicians. Executive Assistant
DeAnne joins the team as Executive Assistant. As a military spouse, she currently resides in Washington D.C. and has had the opportunity to live and work in various locations nationwide and internationally, holding positions in Event Planning, Retail Management, Merchandising, Operations, and most recently in Higher Education (both as an Administrator and an Instructor). Her experience is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Adult Education and Training. DeAnne deems herself a lifelong learner and will complete her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in Summer 2022.
