As a part of living out our core values of Prioritizing People and Intentional Margin, we’ve added a new annual benefit of a Summer Week of Rest for our staff, held during the week of July 4.
What does this mean for me?
The week of July 4 – July 8, 2022, we’ll be operating with a reduced staff and will have limited live support. This week will be streamlining all customer requests through our support center at fullfocus.co/support. Response times may be longer than usual, but streamlining your requests through our support center will enable us to monitor and prioritize questions according to urgency.
