What Makes the Full Focus Planner Coil Format Different?

The biggest difference is the gold coil binding which allows a lay-flat feature of the planner.
The Coil format is the same size as the regular Classic, Bold, and Executive planners, which measure at 6 ¼" x 9 ¼" dimensions. The Pocket format measures 4 ½" x 7". The Coil format is also the same page size as the Classic, Bold, and Executive planners, which have 304 pages. The Pocket has 191 pages.
1 - Start Here
The beginning of the Coil features a simplified step-by-step setup of the planner. If you’re in a time crunch, you can quickly start using your planner without extra help.
2 - Annual Goals
The Coil format has enough space for you to write 12 goals, which is the same for the regular Classic, Executive, and Bold Full Focus Planners.
3 - Goal Detail
The Coil format follows the same goal-setting framework as the regular Classic, Executive, and Bold planners. There are 12 pages to detail your goals, all of which feature Key Motivation, Next Steps, and StreakTrackers.
4 - Monthly Calendar
The Monthly Calendar section allows you to have a birds-eye view at the quarter’s months. It is the same across all planners.
5 - Rolling Quarter
Rolling Quarters allow you to plan for the future quarters, so nothing gets missed in your planning. This feature is the same across the Classic, Executive, and Bold planners, but is different in the Pocket format. The Pocket format features a different layout that allows flexibility in your planning.
6 - Daily Rituals
The Daily Rituals page equips you to build the routines that lead to productive, successful day. This feature is the same across all versions of the planner.
7 - Ideal Week
With an Ideal Week, you can lay out the picture-perfect week which will allow you to achieve at your maximum potential. This feature is the same across all versions of the planner.
8 - Key Projects (NEW)
With the Pocket format, we introduced a Weekly Big 3 and project planning section at the beginning of the planner, right before the first week. The Coil features this as well. The Classic, Bold, and Executive planners will now have this feature moving forward.
9 - Daily Pages
The Daily Pages in the Coil are the same as the regular Classic, Executive, and Bold planners. It features:
- A Daily Big 3 to identify your most important priorities for the day.
- A task list to list your secondary tasks.
- A schedule for the day to plan your appointments and work.
- A section for notes.
10 - Weekly Preview
The Weekly Preview in the Coil follows the same framework as the Classic, Executive, and Bold planners. It features the six steps, including the Week-at-a-Glance view and the Self-Care Planner. The Pocket does not feature these two sections in the Weekly Preview.
11 - Quarterly Preview
The Quarterly Preview in the Coil is the same as the regular Classic, Executive, and Bold planner. It includes the Keep, Improve, Start, and Stop method for making adjustments to the next quarter, while the Pocket does not have this feature.
12 - Notes
The Notes section in the back of the Coil is 11 pages and does not feature a Sketches section. The Pocket has 40 Notes pages.
13 - Index
The Index section allows you to quickly reference notes in your planner. It is the same across all versions of the planner.
